A beautifully crafted handmade ceramic spoon rest designed to keep your worktop clean while cooking. Made from durable stoneware clay with a soft, neutral glaze that works in any kitchen, it's ideal for resting spoons, spatulas and utensils while you cook. Each piece is hand-thrown in small batches, with subtle variations in shape and finish. A simple, functional piece designed to sit beautifully beside your hob or sink.

The Warm White Speckle features a reactive glaze with natural variations between pieces, making each spoon rest truly unique - please see final two photos for examples of the beautiful glaze variations.

About the Maker

Rebecca Finnerty is an Irish ceramicist living and working in Bristol, UK. She creates small-batch collections of ceramics in contemporary, minimal forms inspired by earthy tones and textures. Rebecca crafts pieces to be used and enjoyed in day-to-day life, and which elevate small, everyday moments. She works with durable stoneware clay and a selection of natural toned, earthy glazes which she develops and makes herself and perfects over time. This organic process is reflected in the beautiful pieces that Rebecca creates, all of which feel wonderfully timeless and considered.
