Shipping policy
UK Delivery
We use Royal Mail Tracked 24/48 hour service to ship most of our parcels, both of which give full tracking updates. We aim to dispatch all orders within one working day and estimated delivery times are between 3-5 working days if using the Standard delivery option (Royal Mail Tracked 48 hour service), and 1-3 working days if selecting Express delivery (Royal Mail tracked 24 hour service).
Our Standard UK delivery cost is £4.95 and Express UK delivery is £7.95. For orders over £50 we offer free standard delivery.
Our delivery services offer a range of delivery options once shipped, including the option to change the delivery date, leave with a neighbour or in a safe place if preferred once the order is in transit.
Please note: if 'leave in a safe place or with a neighbour' is selected for delivery we can accept no responsibility for missing or lost items.
Please note: Parcels that are refused delivery or returned to us because they have not been collected from a depot/parcel shop within 5 working days will incur a surcharge of £8 to cover our return costs.

International Delivery
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer international delivery.

Lost & Missing Orders
If your order does not arrive within 1 week of dispatch, check the tracking number in the dispatch notification we emailed you. In most cases, your order will have been delivered to an access or collection point due to a failed delivery attempt.
In the rare situation that your order has been marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived or been delivered to a collection point, or there is no update to the tracking since dispatch, please email hello@hilltop-home.co.uk as soon as possible (no later than 14 days after dispatch) so we can open an investigation with the courier.
In the event the courier is unable to locate your order, we will offer to replace or refund your order. Please note we are not able to issue a replacement or refund until we receive an update from the courier as orders are often found and delivered after an investigation is opened.
