The Basket Room's main goal is to connect these talented weavers with a wider market so that they become less dependent on self-sufficiency farming, which is unreliable during the dry seasons. Each basket is handmade, unique and shaped by the personality of its creator. These are just beautiful . Amazing skill to produce such unusual bud vases. Each pattern is unique and I love the variety and their feel. I couldn't resist them, so ordered several, and also received one as a gift - so happy! They look lovely grouped together on my mantelpiece and are the perfect holders for my nigella seed heads.
What a character - this hound is so lifelike and exudes energy somehow! Delighted - and very happy with this purchase - think he(?!) might need a lounging companion before too long!
