This process, known in soap circles as ‘super fatting’, ensures that your skin is cleansed and moisturised at the same time. Unlike commercial soaps, where the glycerine is extracted to sell on to cosmetic companies, these soap bars are packed full of their natural glycerine. Glycerine is naturally occurring in the soap making process, and is extremely moisturising.
